1000 mg Propriety Blend: Valerian Root, Hops Strobiles, Fresh Skullcap Herb, Passion Flower Herb, Chamomile Flower, Fresh California Poppy Herb, Melatonin (Standardized to 3 mg Melatonin)
Directions
Take 20-30 drops in water at bedtime. Repeat every twenty minutes as needed.
